Michael Caplan is my favorite Realtor. He truly is a realtor for life and helps his clients through thick and thin. Michael Caplan helped me sell our family home, and find a new one. He's always available for us, even in the ice storm, helping us make decisions and referring contractors when we need them. Unlike other realtors, Michael keeps us active in his event calendar. I posted photos of his annual Shred Day party, thoughtfully scheduled every year in May or June, post-tax season. Shred Day also supports local businesses and charities every year. For the past few years, he has hosted Nola's Donut parties, which I would have never tasted without Michael's recommendation. As for houses, he helped my friends buy a house. He could spot right away that one of the prospective houses had problems with the siding. Instead, he found them a better house, which they totally love!
